Let me just say it—Epic Universe absolutely lives up to its name! Universal Orlando’s newest theme park is an immersive masterpiece filled with jaw-dropping theming, thrilling attractions, and some of the most delightfully unexpected food experiences I’ve ever had in a theme park. We were lucky enough to attend a preview event, and “impressed” doesn’t even begin to describe how we felt.
From the moment you enter Celestial Park, you’re surrounded by lush landscaping, eye-catching architecture, and an energy that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into something extraordinary. The park is divided into five uniquely themed worlds, each accessed through its own stunning portal—and trust me, the wow factor hits hard the second you step through each one.

Here’s what you’ll find:
- 🧙♂️ The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic: Explore magical communities and step inside a completely new chapter of the Wizarding World.
- 🎮 SUPER NINTENDO WORLD: It literally felt like we walked into a video game—bright colors, immersive sounds, and energy that’s off the charts!
- 🐉 How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk: A dream come true for dragon lovers and families, full of fun and fantasy.
- 🧛♂️ Dark Universe: Monsters, myths, and moody vibes—it’s spooky in the best way.
- 🌟 Celestial Park: The heart of the park and the perfect place to stroll, dine, and soak it all in.
Even if you’re not a hardcore thrill-seeker (🙋♀️ that’s me!), there is so much to see and do that I never once felt like I was missing out. I did brave Hiccup’s Wing Gliders, and I’m so glad I did! It’s a smooth, fast ride that’s exciting without being too intense—plus, riding it at night added an extra thrill with the twinkling lights of the park all around.
Now, let’s talk about the food—because WOW.
🍔 Lunch at Das Stakehaus was creepy, quirky, and deliciously themed! From the black-bunned cheeseburger with “bloody” red peppers to the red velvet coffin cake surrounded by crispy “maggots,” it was the perfect mix of spooky and tasty.
🍽️ Dinner at Café L’air De La Sirène was a completely different vibe—elegant, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. This French café served up everything from buttery quiches to rich Butterbeer crêpes. It felt like we had been transported straight to a magical corner of Paris.
What makes Epic Universe so incredible is that it truly has something for everyone—thrill rides, immersive environments, fun for families, stunning dining experiences, and plenty to enjoy even if rides aren’t your thing. Whether you’re a theme park pro or a first-timer, this park needs to be on your must-visit list.
I already can’t wait to go back and experience it all over again. If this is just the beginning for Epic Universe, the future is going to be epic indeed!
