Adventures by Disney – Arizona and Utah

I think that one of the most majestic, awe-inspiring sights in the entire United States is the Grand Canyon! Its average depth is 1 mile, the park itself is over 1,900 square miles, rim to rim the canyon varies from 7,000-8,000 square feet, and every single stop along the canyon drive gives you a completely different perspective – it’s amazing!

So, when I had an opportunity to visit this amazing national park with Adventures by Disney, I jumped on it! This trip wasn’t just about the Grand Canyon, though. It also took us to the stunning landscapes of Sedona, Monument Valley, and Moab, each beautiful in its own distinct way. Our group was wonderfully taken care of by two Adventures by Disney guides and a private driver, and we stayed in gorgeous accommodations at each location. A fantastic bonus was being greeted right at the airport and having our luggage seamlessly transported between destinations!

Highlights:

  • Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ. This 5-star resort truly had it all! The rooms were beautiful with incredible views, the low lighting allowed for amazing stargazing, and the dining was gourmet. We enjoyed a fascinating presentation by a Native American guide who shared the history and culture of Sedona, followed by an exhilarating Pink Jeep tour the next day!
  • A stop in historic Williams, AZ, on the legendary Route 66! Ziplining, anyone? Why, yes!
  • Grand Canyon National Park with accommodations in National Park Lodging on the South Rim. Literally on the rim – it doesn’t get any better than this! The views were unbeatable, especially during the glorious sunrises and sunsets. We were also treated to a private tour with a naturalist guide and a captivating performance by Native American Hoop Dancers. It was 100% amazing!
  • Monument Valley – the stuff Westerns are made of! Our stay at Goulding’s Lodge in a Hillside Suite provided the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. We also enjoyed a guided tour through the park, delicious tacos, and captivating Navajo storytelling.
  • Moab and a day at Arches National Park. The park’s over 2,000 natural stone arches, towering pinnacles, massive rock fins, and giant balanced rocks were truly mind-blowing!

Our trip was absolutely unforgettable, and the attention to detail that Adventures by Disney is known for played a significant role in creating those lasting memories. From the meticulously chosen accommodations to the engaging and immersive experiences, every aspect was thoughtfully curated. The local experts were outstanding, and our Adventures by Disney guides ensured a truly seamless and enriching adventure!
